Dvele Construction in Ontario, CA | Moreno Valley Builders
We’re an independent, Dvele-experienced builder serving Ontario with assembly, repair, and remodeling work on Dvele panelized and modular homes. We’re not authorized or endorsed by Dvele. What sets our Dvele work in Ontario apart is that we build for the Santa Ana winds, the dust they carry, and the older infill lots where these factory-built envelopes land. If you need a Dvele project finished right, repaired, or remodeled, call Noel Trevino’s crew at Moreno Valley Builders at (877) 752-3154 for a free estimate.
We’ve set, sealed, and finished Dvele’s prefab wall, roof, and floor panels across the Inland Empire. We read their shop drawings. We know how a factory seam behaves after three years of Ontario heat and grit. When something’s not holding, we don’t guess at it. We open it, look, and fix what’s actually wrong. Ontario’s building mix of 1950s ranch tracts around 91761, 91762, and 91764 and newer industrial and infill construction along the I-10 spine means Dvele envelopes here sit next to a lot of moving air and blowing dust, and we plan around that from the first site visit. See our full Dvele sales & service page for how we approach these homes broadly.
Why Ontario Residents Choose Us for Dvele Service
Most builders in Ontario haven’t touched a Dvele panel set. They treat it like a stick-frame build and wonder why the seams read through or the mechanicals fight them. We don’t. Noel Trevino grew up in Sunnymead Ranch and has spent close to three decades building and fixing homes across the Inland Empire, and the ones he remembers are the prefab sets where the factory tolerances didn’t match the slab, or where the envelope was sealed for a mild site and then got parked in a wind corridor. That’s the work we’re built for. If the details aren’t right on paper, they won’t be right in the wall.
We work with Dvele-spec connectors, gaskets, sealants, and envelope components wherever practical, and we’ll tell you plainly when a localized repair will hold and when a panel section needs to come off and be rebuilt. We serve the full Ontario area, including 91758, 91761, 91762, and 91764. For a broader look at how we serve the surrounding communities and what scopes we run, see our Ontario service area page.

Common Dvele Construction Problems We Solve in Ontario
- Panel seam and joint infiltration from wind-driven dust and ash. On west and north elevations, Santa Ana winds push fine grit into factory gaskets and sealants that were never re-detailed for this exposure. We see hairline gaps at wall-to-roof transitions that let dust, smoke, and eventually water through.
- ERV/HRV intake and exhaust termination loading. Ontario’s blowing dust clogs the outside terminations on high-performance ventilation systems, and the house starts holding humidity and stale air. The envelope is tight. The ventilation’s choked. It feels like a stuffy tract house in August.
- Rainscreen and exterior finish chalking and cracking. Dvele’s coated panels and trim take UV and wind abrasion harder in Ontario than in coastal zones. We repair and refinish those surfaces and re-detail the flashing at roof edges where grit blasts through first.
- Panel fit against out-of-square slabs and rough openings. Many Ontario infill lots have older or non-standard foundations. Factory panels land on them and you get gaps at transitions, door and window openings, and trim lines that fight you every time.
- Kitchen remodels inside a tight Dvele envelope. High-performance houses move air and moisture differently. A remodel that doesn’t respect the envelope can pull dust into the living space or knock the ventilation balance out. We plan kitchen work around the Dvele assembly, not through it.
Dvele Service in Ontario: What Local Conditions Mean for Your Envelope
Ontario sits in the Inland Empire’s Inland Valley wind corridor at the base of the San Gabriels. The Santa Ana winds off the Cajon and Cucamonga area drive heat, fine dust, and dry-season smoke ash straight into the west and north faces of a home. For a Dvele high-performance envelope, that’s the failure point. The panel seams, flashing, and rainscreen detailing on those elevations need a heavier wind-abrasion detailing than Dvele specs for a calmer inland site. You can see it happen on the older ranch tracts around 91761, where a Dvele panelized home with factory-standard gaskets will show seam staining and chalked finish on the windward walls within two or three seasons, while the sheltered east side stays clean. The roof edges take it too. We re-detail those transitions for Ontario’s wind-and-dust reality, not for a generic California climate. On one Dvele service in Montclair job near the 91761 ranch tract area, we found fine dust and ash had worked into the west-facing panel seams and loaded the ERV intake termination. Interior humidity was creeping up and the seams were staining. We re-gasketed and re-sealed the transitions, re-detailed the roof-edge flashing for wind-driven grit, swapped in a matched intake filter, and the envelope dried out and held through the next Santa Ana event.
Dvele Models & Products We Service in Ontario
We service Dvele prefab and modular single-family home packages, including their panelized wall, floor, and roof systems; their high-performance envelope builds with continuous exterior insulation and rainscreen detailing; and their net-zero-ready packages spec’d for all-electric mechanicals and solar-ready roofs. When a repair requires Dvele-spec connectors, gaskets, sealants, or envelope components, we source the factory match first and only fall back to a quality aftermarket equivalent when the OEM part isn’t practical to get, always telling you which we’re using and why. For Dvele repair in Chino and Ontario turnaround, we keep common envelope sealants, flashing profiles, and ventilation filters on hand for the Dvele systems we see most. We also handle the heavy scopes that wear first here: roof replacement and installation, metal roofing upgrades, and full kitchen remodeling inside Dvele envelopes.

AfterDvele Service Pricing in Ontario
Cost on Dvele work in Ontario depends on what’s failed and how much of the envelope or interior we’re opening, but here are the ranges we quote from most often:
| Service | Typical Range |
|---|---|
| Roof Replacement | $8,000 – $20,000 |
| Metal Roof Installation | $15,000 – $40,000 |
| Roof Repair | $400 – $1,800 |
| Kitchen Remodel | $14,000 – $45,000 |
| Small Kitchen Remodel | $9,000 – $20,000 |
What drives cost most is access and the condition of the surrounding assembly. A seam repair on an accessible wall is a different job than pulling roof-edge flashing on a second story in wind season. Our free estimate includes a walkthrough, a written line-item quote, and an honest read on whether a repair will hold or a section of the Dvele envelope needs to come off. Call (877) 752-3154 for an exact number on your project.

FAQs – Dvele Construction in Ontario
Yes, we work on Dvele prefab and modular homes throughout Ontario, including the 91758, 91761, 91762, and 91764 ZIP codes, and no, we are not authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Dvele. We’re an independent builder who has assembled, set, and finished their panelized packages across the Inland Empire. We read their shop drawings and close the job out in the field. Call (877) 752-3154 to schedule a walkthrough.
Those walls take the Santa Ana wind load first, and the fine dust and dry-season ash work into the factory gaskets and coating at the panel seams faster than on any other elevation. Ontario’s wind corridor off the Cajon and Cucamonga area is harder on windward elevations than most inland sites, and stock Dvele detailing isn’t always re-spec’d for that. We re-gasket, re-seal, and re-detail those transitions for the local wind and grit pattern. Call (877) 752-3154 for an assessment.
Ontario’s blowing dust loads the ERV or HRV intake and exhaust terminations on the outside of the house, which chokes the ventilation system and pushes humidity and stale air back into the living space. A tight Dvele envelope depends on those terminations staying clear. We clean or replace the terminations, swap matched filters, and re-route where the exposure keeps fouling them. An estimate call is free at (877) 752-3154.
Yes. Roof replacement and metal roof installation are core scopes for us, and we schedule Ontario work around heat exposure and wind events so sealants cure properly and panels don’t walk in the gusts. We also re-detail flashing and edge transitions for wind-driven grit while the roof is open. For a roof number on your Dvele home, call (877) 752-3154.
Yes, and that’s the only way we’ll do it. A Dvele envelope moves air and moisture differently than a standard tract house, so we plan kitchen remodels around the panel assembly, ventilation balance, and the existing mechanical routing, then build back to the same envelope standard. Call (877) 752-3154 for a free kitchen remodel estimate.
